Teer is the largest known village in all of Hammer, the Western continent in Latarie. With a booming population, festivals come year-round to entertain the many people in Teer. But when the new ruler of the kingdom Yuril took the throne, it was decided that Teer should become the capitol of the kingdom. For whatever the reason, festivals didn't come as often as they did, and the prices of everything rose dramatically. Though people still lived and lived well, constantly defending themselves against the weather and the neighboring country, Thymes, a barbaric people who care not about age or gender, just if their enemy was from Yuril and they must be killed. A new, darker threat lay on the northern border of Yuril, the dark kingdom of Kasessh, full of vampires, demons, and other creatures of the night. With Yuril's borders constantly being attacked, it is a wonder why the king hasn't yet sent more soldiers to help defend the borders.
